工作职责：

1：主导生产装配现场的效率改善

2：编制装配改善的指导性技术文件

3：运用 IE管理理论知识和经验，系统性地对装配方法提出改进建议

任职资格：

1：本科及以上学历，机械类IE（工业工程）

2：3年以上机械工厂机加工的管理经验

3：5年以上产品装配管理工作经验

4：3年以上IE现场管理实战经验

5：具有精益求精的生产理念和3年以上实战经验

6：具有现代生产管理理念，能够带领100人以上的团队开展工作

7：熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系和流程

8：对机械加工敏感度高，喜欢机械类的工厂工作
