职位描述：
1. 能对工程前期设计及成本控制提出有效建议；
2. 对项目施工准备、施工进度、质量、现场管理、投资控制进行审核、监督检查；
3. 编制月、周工作计划并监督带领实施。
4. 负责对现场工程人员进行管理及考核；
5. 负责审核施工材料的选用和对材料供应商评估；
6. 按时进行工作计划地编制工作，并按时汇报工程进度；
7. 在施工中进行有效的成本控制；
8. 负责与工程相关方进行有效的沟通和协调及统筹；
9. 能及时在施工中发现潜在问题并予以解决，确保施工过程依据要求准确进行；
职位要求：
1. 建筑类相关专业毕业，大学专科及以上学历；有二级建造师资格、中级职称更佳。
2. 3年以上装饰项目经理施工管理经验，具有丰富地现场施工经验；
3. 熟悉各类装饰材料，熟悉施工流程；
4. 思路清晰，有较强的现场应急处理能力；
5. 具有一定的工程翻译能力；
6. 具有团队精神，较好地协调、沟通技巧；
7. 身体健康，能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心；
8. 有大型装饰工程、高级商铺工程施工管理经验者、懂强弱电者优先。
