岗位要求:
1、 年龄25~30岁,大专以上学历,本市户口;
2、 市场营销、经济管理或相关专业,3年以上服装零售行业相关工作经验;
3、 品行端正,善于沟通,熟练掌握办公软件使用技能、公文写作技能及谈判技巧;
4、 精通零售行业知识、产品销售知识、客户管理知识,熟悉合同签订、订货、付款等方面流程;(具丰富加盟商管理经验)
5、 认真负责、积极主动、具备客户服务意识,能够承受较大工作压力及长期出差。
岗位职责:
1、拟定管辖区域内加盟商年度经营目标和预算,开展日常经营分析工作。
2、负责管辖区域内加盟商合同管理、促销管理工作,指导和监督区域内店铺的日常形象维护。
3、负责加盟商货品管理,客户的换货跟进,同时做好货品销售情况的跟进与调动流通;
4、负责加盟商账款的及时回收,加强对加盟商的账务管理,做好货款的催收与跟进工作;
5、负责加盟商的培训计划,建立详细的加盟商管理档案资料,加强对其经营情况的了解与分析;
6、加强对加盟商销售、货品陈列的指导,协助加盟商做好市场开拓与管理,提供合理的销售指导建议;
7、负责加盟商经营评估,就是否继续或终止,或扩大与客户的合作业务提出合理的建议,要致力于与各客户建立长期的成长性的合作态势。
