Key Responsibility:
1. Support C&B function to maintain the employee basic database, monthly attendance report and monthly leave report.
2. Support talent recruitment including but not limited to - job posting, CV screening, cold call for the candidates, interview arrangement and tracking, talent pool maintenance, CV filing, employee movement tracking, employee turn-over analysis, recruitment report.
3. Handle the residence permit for the new staff or extension process.
4. Orientation for new staff and training feedback follow.
5. Support for the company activity organization, including birthday celebration email send for all the staff individually.
6. Accomplish other assigned tasks if there is necessary.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree , major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.

2. Smart & intelligent, logical & analytical, initiative & quick-to-learn, responsible & down to earth

3. Good PC skills
