ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能:

· Develop and implement supply base strategies that improve our competitive position in our industry

开发和实施供应基础战略，以确保我们在行业内的竞争地位

· Makes sourcing decisions based on market research, supplier qualifications, and competitiveness of supplier

根据市场调研、供应商资质和供应商竞争力作出供货决策

· Participates on new product development teams to ensure appropriate decisions are made on part sourcing

参与新产品开发团队，确保作出适当的部件供货决策

· Conducts commodity market tests to ensure competitiveness of commodity purchases

实施商品市场测试，确保采购有竞争力的商品

· Conducts on-site supplier visits in conjunction with Quality personnel to ensure supplier sources are appropriate for Red Dot’s needs

与质量人员共同进行供应商现场参观，确保供应商资源符合红点的需求

· Maintains complete and accurate files which includes documenting and updating supplier costs

保持完整和精确的文档，包括记录和更新供应商成本

· Negotiates and implements Red Dot supplier agreements including non-disclosure, terms and conditions, warranty administration and long term supplier agreements

洽谈和实施红点供应商协议，包括保密、条款和条件、质保管理以及长期供应商协议

· Maintains part setup in the Red Dot MRP system

维护红点MRP系统的部件设置

· Uses MRP to make component purchases in a timely manner to support the production schedule

使用MRP及时采购部件，以支持生产计划

· Support production, quality and engineering by sourcing and purchasing necessary tools and equipment

通过开发和采购必要的工具和设备来支持生产质量和技术

· Support LCC Cost Country Strategy, lead Localization Program and coordinate work with other relative departments

支持低成本区域采购战略，主导国产化项目以及与其它部门之间的协调工作。

· Support Red Dot Seattle and Red Dot U.K. purchasing teams

支持红点西雅图和红点欧洲采购团队

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格:

· Satisfactory working knowledge of enterprise requirements processing (ERP) systems

符合要求的企业资源计划（ERP）系统应用知识

· Satisfactory skill level in word processing and spreadsheet preparation

在文字处理和表格制备方面具有符合要求的技能水平

· 5 years purchasing experience; satisfactory education or Red Dot experience may substitute

5 年以上采购经验；符合要求的教育或可用红点经验替代

· Experience in manufacturing environment preferred

制造业经验背景优先

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is desirable

工商或符合要求的相关领域学士学位

· Fluently in English and Mandarin
