这是管理级别的职位,负责在项目生命周期内(从蓝天创意到开园日)按项目需求和相关政策和程序向华特迪士尼幻想工程项目团队提供计划和工期安排支持
核心职能和职责:
§ 使用Primavera (P6)开发并维护项目生命周期和项目总体工期
§ 制定项目方案并与范围/战略文件来开发整合项目总体工期
§ 为各专业图纸和规格书开发综合计划和工期安排
§ 与项目估算和财务部协调开发合适详细内容的工期安排活动定义来支持项目监督和报告需求
§ 与承包商协调,负责项目团队成员、华特迪士尼幻想工程执行工作组和华特迪士尼幻想工程系统计划员来开发及整合执行项目工作所需的活动持续时间和逻辑顺序
§ 从所有内部和外部项目组织处协调并整合项目工期安排
§ 按需召开计划和协调会议来支持计划和监督工作
§ 确保有效应用合适的政策和程序,包括:项目计划/工期安排程序和报告要求
§ 收集/报告进度、评估变量、制定变通方案并协调变量的解决方案
§ 按需执行人力分配/资源分析和进度曲线
§ 按需生成报告来支持项目需求和管理层报告
§ 为合同标书包准备工期报告规格并决定工期里程碑和/或关键日期
§ 责任范围报告包括:布景/游乐设施概念开发、布景、游乐设施和区域开发设计、布景和游乐设施制作及安装、布景和游乐设施测试和调试、布景编程并建筑物施工专业
§ 遵守所有人事政策和公司手册
技能和要求:
§ 4-8年工程/施工计划和工期安排及/或迪士尼计划/协调经验
§ 3年以上计算机关键路径工期安排经验
§ 要求3年以上Primavera (P6)实践工作经验
§ 3年以上施工、制作或设计的实践工作经验
§ 公司计划/工期安排程序、计划技术、所有建筑/工程专业和成本控制系统透彻的专业知识

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Management level position responsible for providing planning and scheduling support to the WDI project team on a project or multiple projects throughout the project life cycle (blue sky through opening day) consistent with project needs and appropriate policies and procedures.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Develop and maintain project life cycle and project master schedules using Primavera (P6).
§ Prepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules.
§ Develop comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple discipline drawings and specifications.
§ Coordinate with project estimating and finance to develop appropriate level of detail for schedule activity definition to support project monitoring and reporting needs.
§ Coordinate with contractors, responsible project team members, WDI performing work groups and WDI systems planners to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences required to perform project work.
§ Coordinate and integrate project schedule input from all internal and external project organizations.
§ Conduct planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions.
§ Ensure effective application of appropriate policies and procedures, including project planning/scheduling procedures and reporting requirements.
§ Collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop work-around plans, and coordinate resolution of variances.
§ Conduct manpower loading/resource analysis and progress curves as required.
§ Produce reports as required to support project needs and management reporting.
§ Prepare schedule reporting specification for the contract bid packages and determine Schedule Milestones and/or Key Dates.
§ Scope of responsibility includes show/ride concept development, show, ride, facility and area development design, show and ride production and installation, show and ride test and adjust, show programming and building construction disciplines.
§ Adherence to all personnel policies and Company handbooks.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
§ 4-8 years engineering/construction planning and scheduling and/or Disney planning/coordination experience.
§ Minimum of 3 years of computer Critical Path Method scheduling experience.
§ Minimum of 3 years hands on Primavera (P6) experience required.
§ Minimum of 3 years hands on construction, production, or design experience.
§ Thorough knowledge of Company planning/scheduling procedures, planning techniques, all architectural/engineering disciplines and cost control systems.
§ Must be well organized and a self-starter with strong communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
§ Possess basic understanding of practical project controls applications.
§ Possess good understanding of design and construction progress measurement.
§ Possess strong relationship skills and the ability to work successfully with all members of the project team.
JOB SPECIFIC SCOPE:
Project(s): Generally responsible for 1 to 3 semi-complex projects (Shop or Restaurant) or 1 complex project (“D” or “E” Ticket).
Budgetary Amount: Project size - Up to $30 Million
Risk: Able to assess financial exposure from schedule compression or missing opening date.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Primary - Overall project direction from Project Manager
Functional - Principal or Director, Planning and Scheduling
Personnel under leadership – May provide technical guidance to
Associate Planner/Scheduler or contract schedulers.
Primary Relationships – Project Team and Principal Planner
LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
§ Ability to influence a project team.
§ Ability to provide project guidance to contractor scheduler and systems planners.
§ Ability to provide technical guidance to contractor schedulers and systems planners.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
§ Prefer BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
§ Appropriate experience will be considered as substitute for formal academic training.
§ Ability to develop and status project schedules using Primavera.
§ Ability to prepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules.
§ Ability to coordinate with contractors, responsible project team members, WDI performing work groups and WDI systems planners to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences required to perform project work.
§ Ability to coordinate and integrate project schedule input from all internal and external project organizations.
§ Ability to conduct planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions.
§ Ability to collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop work-around plans, and coordinate resolution of variances.
§ Solid computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling capability.
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Basic understanding of practical project controls applications.

§ Proficient at developing critical path network schedules.
§ Knowledge of Disney theme parks, show/ride product lines and systems a plus.
The next level of career progression in this role would be a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler.
Recommended time in the Project Planner/Scheduler position is 2 to 5 years based on accomplishments and the ability to exhibit competency in the job requirements and responsibilities.
