1.接待整形美容顾客，解答顾客所咨询的问题；
2.定期对顾客进行回访和维护客户关系；
3.为顾客提供合理专业的建议；

岗位要求：
1、学历中专以上，护理或临床医院专业毕业更佳；
2、有医疗、美容、整形相关专业背景优先；
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力和服务应变能力；
4、具有亲和力，形象佳，思路清晰，行业道德意识强；
5、要有团队合作意识，有咨询团队管理经验者优先；
6、熟悉使用客服咨询相关的应用软件，聊天工具；
7、从事医疗网络咨询者特别是整形美容网络咨询者优先。
