职位描述
Responsibility
1. Management the hotel daily financial management work.
2. Set up financial management system, perfect the system of financial management.
3. The perfect internal control system, check the financial operation.
4. To supervise and inspect the hotel financial operations and balance of the money.
5. Responsible for working with financial and tax departments to keep good relationship.
6. To help solve the problems of accounting personnel, and report to the board of directors.
7 Be responsible for cost accounting, carefully examine and verify the costs associated with the documents. And according to the department of the collection, distribution, management fees, compiling department schedule of fees, the longitudinal analysis on a regular basis. On the company's expenses abnormal situation timely report to board of directors, to put an end to waste, each department save consciousness.
Qualifications：
1. College degree or above, finance professional, senior accountants or certified public accountants.
2. At least 4 years working experience in hotel finance department chief accountant of the above position.
3. Able to fully accept financial responsibility for all activities and the audit, and can make timely and accurate assessment of economic business.
4. Be familiar with the process of hotel& catering industry accounting, familiar with national finance, tax, audit and related laws, regulations and policies.
5. Open and positive attitude; Self-starter
6. Strong communication and influence skills, good presentation skills
7. Financial analysis skill
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English
岗位职责
1.管理酒店餐饮日常财务管理工作。
2.建立财务管理体系，完善各项财务管理制度。
3.完善内部控制体系，检查财务运行情况。
4.监督检查酒店财务运作和资金收支情况。
5.负责与财政、税务等有关部门保持良好的关系。
6.帮助会计人员解决会计核算中的疑难问题，并向董事会报告。
7.负责公司费用的核算，认真审核相关费用单据。并按部门归集、分配各项管理费用，编制各部门费用明细表，定期进行纵向分析。对公司费用开支异常情况及时汇报给董事会，促使各部门杜绝浪费，自觉节约。
任职资格
1.本科以上学历，财经类专业，高级会计师或注册会计师。
2.4年以上酒店财务部总会计师以上职位工作经验。
3.能全面承担财务及审计的各项职责，能对经济业务做出及时准确的评估。
4.熟悉酒店餐饮行业财务流程, 熟悉国家财务、税务、审计等相关法规政策。
