岗位职责:

1. 快速检索有机合成和药物化学文献，独立设计并优化目标产物及化学合成路线；

2. 独立进行有机合成多步反应，积极解决团队在实验中碰到的各种问题；

3. 用英文清晰, 准确, 详细地完成实验记录和实验报告；

4. 撰写相关论文和专利，并参与产品申报资料的整理和撰写。

5. 参与项目管理，协调和指导。

任职条件:

1. 有机合成， 药物化学及相关专业， 硕士以上学历, 并有丰富的有机合成，药物化学理论， 工作经验两年以上；

2. 具有很强的实验设计，实施和解决问题能力，能够熟练查阅合成和药物化学方面相关文献;

3. 责任心强，有较强的开发能力，创新能力，和研发管理能力；

4. 有良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神和团队构建能力。
