岗位职责：
1、根据销售订单及生产状况编制生产人员计划，并经批准后下达制造部门实施；
2、根据生产进度及时对生产计划进行调整并进行监控，保证计划完成率；

3、负责操作工日常生产，出勤，加班，流失率，设备记录本，交接班记录及其他与工序检验

有关的各项记录。协助管理做好产品检验和报告因不合理的操作和不合格的工艺材料而出现的质量警告。

4、负责操作工基本装备管理，如胸卡，工作服，安全鞋。

5、服从上级领导的各项工作安排，及时与主管沟通生产情况,与相关人员进行日常交流以实现

所在工序或设备的运作顺利。

6、具有团队合作精神, 能进行有效沟通. 有能力认可，激励和保留表现出色的员工

7、服从上级主管的各项工作安排。

任职资格：

1、有劳动密集型行业工作经验，有班组长工作经验优先，大专或以上学历；
2、具有2年以上大型生产制造行业，从事生产计划与产品制造管理工作经验；
3、熟悉生产制造流程、操作自动化控制设备、所在产业的生产状况；
4、具备较强的协调、沟通能力，处事从容果断，具备良好的组织及协调能力；
5、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、执行能力；
6、熟练office等办公软件的使用。

7、健康：视力好，无色盲，能适应夜班，沟通协调能力强
