Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

?Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for North China IAAS

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

?Monthly management accounting reports with explanation on variance between actual and budget / forecast.
?Annual budget and quarterly forecast on income statement
?Analyze sales, expenses and/or profitability to meet the needs of departments and / or top management
?Daily, weekly or monthly operations reports
?Work collaboratively with various internal parties in the region to acquire or provide information needed for analysis / reporting / budgeting / forecasting
?Develop, maintain and improve analytical models
?Review and reconcile data in various internal systems
?Support other ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

?Degree in Accounting / Business Studies or related disciplines
?At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable organization
?Regional exposure with strong analytical skills and business acumen will be an asset
?Able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently with an approachable manner
?Pro-active, detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environment
?Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
?Good presentation skill and proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
