资格及经验要求说明：

1、反应敏锐，沟通能力强；
2、两年以上空压机现场售后服务经验；
3、一年以上销售工作经验；
4、有机电一体化等相关专业背景；
5、能够吃苦耐劳，承受较高工作压力，并适应经常出差；
6、有驾照者优先考虑。

工作主要职责说明：

1、制定年度售后零配件销售计划，明确代理商年度销售指标，按公司要求完成年度销售指标；
2、定期拜访代理商，协助代理商追回丢失客户和对代理商正品零配件销售提供支持；
3、提供季度销售工作报告，及时了解销售动向和客户动向;
4、重点大客户计划性拜访，保证大客户的忠诚度；
5、梳理公司直接客户，大力推进固稳性销售，提高直接客户量；
6、提高增值业务量，协助优化售后产品价格，保证合理的市场定位；
7、完善各项售后销售资料，提供各项建议，以提高售后服务质量和销售额；
