Major responsibilities / 主要职责:

一、 贯彻设备管理各项规章制度。

Implement the rules and regulations of equipment management.

二、 指导、监督下属工作，考核评估下属的业务能力和工作表现。

Guidance and supervision of subordinates work, examination and evaluation under the operational capacity and performance.

三、 负责建立设备及有关设施台帐统一编号，对日常设备等进行维修管理。

Responsible for establishing a unified accounting numbers and the daily maintenance management of facilities.

四、 编制、审核可行的维修计划，满足生产要求。

Preparation, review viable maintenance program to meet production requirements.

五、 参加设备等有关设施质量事故分析，提出改进措施。

participate in accident analysis of the quality of facilities and equipment, suggest improvements.

六、 负责建立设备技术资料档案，完善设备资料（包括图纸、说明书、合格证）。

Responsible for establishing equipment technical data files, completing (including drawings, specifications, certification)

七、 负责编制设备安全操作规程，定期对操作工进行宣传指导和培训，督促操作者遵守有关生产设施的使用要求。

Responsible for preparing the equipment for safe operation, regular guidance and training of operatives propaganda, urging operators to comply with the requirements of the use of production facilities.

八、 负责对设备及有关设施采购或外加工。

Responsible for the purchase of equipments and facilities or outside the processing.

九、 按项目进度及质量要求完成包装及发运

Complete packaging and delivery according to the project schedule and qulity requirement.

十、 参与制订公司安全、文明生产等各项管理制度并进行监督检查。

Participate in the development company safe, civilized production of the management system and conduct supervision and inspection packaging and delivery

十一、完成领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other work assigned by leadership.

3. 有设备设施维修经验Have equipment and facilities maintenance experience

4. 能看懂机械制图及有关电气图Be able to read mechanical drawing and related electrical diagram

5. 熟悉CAD制图及办公自动化软件Familiar with CAD drawings and Microsoft office software

6. 熟悉设备管理的要求和流程，具有较强的实际操作素质及管理素质Familiar with the equipment management requirements and processes, with a strong quality and the quality of management practice
