Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for reception area management, answering a transferred calls, send and receiving fax;
Responsible for visitor record and present professional greeting to visitors for good image of the Company;
Make sure no visitor enter the office area;
Responsible for receiving and dispatch samples;
Responsible for contact list update on time;
Responsible for itinerary and hotel booking and provide options flexibly to meet needs;
Responsible for attendance record maintenance, and submit monthly attendance report on time;
Responsible for the management of stationary and sundry inventory, purchase and distribution with record;
Prepare stationary for new staff and collect stationary from staff left;
Check express list and stationary purchase list for monthly payment;
Responsible for order drinking water, green plants to keep office environment clean and neat, especially for reception area and meeting room;
Assistant on company activities organization;
Monitor Ayi's job and take over Ayi's job when she out of office;
Other tasks according to business needs.
Key Requirements:
Have basic liturgical service skills and understand basic administrative knowledge;
Have strong language expression skills and good listening skills;
Have good affinity, communication skills and ability to execute;
Decisive and logical action, rigorous and meticulous work with professionalism;
Passion for work, pro-action, willing to help others, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
Fluent English on both written and spoken to meet communication needs of day-to-day work;
Proficiency in using of office software and a variety of office equipment.
