SUMMARY

Participates in operation excellence teams and works closely with AME, production and quality. Responsible for: equipment and process maintenance and improvement to meet sunroof manufacturing and quality requirement. Ensure that the equipment maintenance and manufacturing process conform to all Inalfa Roof Systems procedure. Optimize equipment and fixture to reduce line down and improve production efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support AME for new line design improvement and install in plant for new programs.
• Support AME to improve line/equipment design specification.
• Implement new line/equipment introduction and update it as continuous improvement.
• Make maintenance schedule for equipment and lead team implement the schedule.
• Make spare parts standard and control it in safety level, and manage spare parts warehouse.
• Work with production and quality to improve equipment, fixture and gauge to meet quality and operation requirement.
• Regular check equipment and environment related to make sure operation in safety.
• Support operation to analyze quality issue or customer complaint.
• Update PFMEA as process continuous improvement.
• Lead maintenance team to work efficiency and training subordinates to improve their ability.
• Maintain production line/equipment control system and problem solving of PLC relative, write basic PLC program.
• Participates in control plan update.
• Arrange work to team member and manage team performance.
• Follow TS16949 requirement to make maintenance procedure.
• Check and manage maintenance record as procedure requirement.
• Work with tenement to maintain/repair and regular check facility.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise maintenance team.
• Supervise operation in safety.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

College or equivalent; or 5-10 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read machine drawings and circuit diagrams. Write and speak English is preferred.
