职责描述：

1.为驻上海的外籍人士提供物业咨询服务；

2.陪同外籍人士参观及选择适宜的居住住所；

3.协助物业顾问谈判合同，确保合同的签订；

4.处理相关售后事宜及客户关系维护。

岗位要求：

1.英文口语流畅，能与外籍人士进行良好的沟通；

2.具有工作热情，责任心强，勇于挑战；

3.工作积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识；

4.具有行内从业经验或销售经验者优先；

Responsibilities:

-Assist Senior Property Consultant in maintaining and developing foreign clients.

-Support and ensure the department’s working and services are in good condition.

-Assist in sales work, handle multiple projects, and effective organizational skills.

-Compile client comments, follow up on client surveys, and manage database.

Requirements: -Can harmoniously communicate with foreign client base.

-Responsible, can work under high pressure.

-Highly motivated, good team spirit and client service skills.

-Sales experience preferred. Willing to work on-site for long hours.

-Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.
