1. 保证业务系统正常运行,并对业务系统进行测试、部署、升级及日常维护管理

2. 收集、理解客户需求，完善系统，并配合其他同事及时解决客户的需求，使客户满意

3. 为业务部门提供专业的解决方案和建议，及业务上的日常支持

4. 提供各种工作报表，并为客户提供优质的服务

5. 提供业务系统相关操作的培训

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历

2. 三年以上的（Linux系统管理操作, SQL Server应用）技术相关工作经验

3. 精通Bash Shell脚本,并在Linux环境部署WEB

4. 熟练SQL Server数据库操作及应用

5. 具有Java开发经验优先考虑

6. 具有出色的沟通与协调能力，能够准确无误地理解各项业务需求

7. 具有高效的执行力，按时提交符合要求的交付物

8. 工作认真仔细，有良好的责任感、积极主动性及客户服务意识

9. 有良好的团队精神

10. 有一定的英语听说读写能力

Senior Business Support Engineer’s main tasks defined as below:
1. Ensure that the business systems are running smoothly to meet the SLA defined by customers, and take charge of the testing, setup, upgrade and ongoing maintenance of projects.
2. Collect and define the requirements with business team to improve the business system, and collaborate with team leader and colleagues closely to finish the assigned tasks and service requests from clients in time, and satisfy the customers.
3. Provide professional solutions and suggestions to help the business team on sales and day to day operation.
4. Provide reporting on the progression of the projects and the quality level of the service directly with his superior to his clients.
5. Provide the training of operation of business system

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3 years or above experience on technology relevant (Linux, SQL Server).
3. Master bash script, and web deployment with Tomcat at Linux system.
4. Good technical skills on SQL server database
5. Priority with experience on Java development
6. Excellent skills on communication and coordination, and correctly understand the business
requirements;
7. Efficient performance, and provide the accurate delivery to customer in time
8. Good responsibility, and initiative and customer service skills;
9. Good team spirit
10. English capability in both writing and oral;
