主要工作职责如下：
- 严格按照公司要求接听来电
- 日常访客接待
- 负责学校教室的管理安排
- 维护保管公司各种文件，报告，函件等
- 负责办公用品的采购、登记及发放，并做好月度统计
- 协助维护客户关系
- 负责在规定时间内准备报销单据
- 协助完成管理层交待的其他事务
- 为公司财务，人力资源部工作提供必要支持
岗位要求：
- 大专或本科以上学历
- 能掌握英语日常沟通，英语四级以上证书
- 熟练掌握办公室软件应用
- 高度责任感，优秀的团队合作能力
- 能较快接受新事物
