Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Site Construction inclusive of the following:
Management of CH2M Hill site project staff: Site Superintendents, QA/QC, Safety, Document Control, Construction Permitting, Secretarial.
Be directly responsible to the overall Project CH2M Hill Project Director for:
Primary Contact with Client Construction Management Team
Budget Development and Cost Control
Schedule Planning and Schedule Management

Development of Construction Execution Strategy integrating with Engineering and Procurement
Development of Scopes of Work
Development of Sub-Contracting Plan
Assist Purchasing in Pre-Qualification of Sub-Contractors
Assist Purchasing in the Bidding Process for Sub-Contract Packages: development of RFP, Bid Review for compliance to specifications, and pricing analysis,
Site Bulk Commodities Purchases
Pre-fabrication and Modularization
Labor Only Contracts
Labor and Material Contracts
Site Safety
Site Security
Management of all Sub-Contracted Work
Inspection of Sub-Contracted Work for compliance with Scope of Work and Installation Inspections
Site Maintenance and Cleanliness
Lifting and Rigging
Quality Inspection and Quality Assurance
General site layout and Warehousing/Laydown
Temporary facilities

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years experience in the construction management.
Bachelor Degree
Fluent English skill
