Job Description:
Multimedia & Application, Business Support System (BSS) and Operations Support System (OSS) related software design, development, testing and integration.

Responsibilities:
• Multimedia & Application, Business Support System(BSS) and OSS related software design, development, testing and integration.
• Software design including design modeling, coding and related paper work
• Software testing to ensure software quality
• Establishment of software design environment
• Support quality control for software outsourcing


Qualifications
Qualification:
• University degree in computer science, communication engineering or related area
• Excellent programming skill with Java language or C/C++, at least 3 years.
• Good knowledge of UNIX and relational database systems
• Good knowledge in software design process and tools, such as UML
• Good knowledge of mobile and Internet technology such as TCP/IP, J2EE and web service architecture
• Knowledge of IPTV, mobile network, SS7, billing & charging, IMS, BSS, OSS , multimedia applications and value-added-services are preferred
• A good team player who takes initiative and willing to learn new things
• Proved 3PP leading ability
• Actively thinking & learning in daily work, curious for new technology
• Good communication & presentation skill
• Fluent in written English and good in oral English communications
• ~4 months/per year domestic & oversea travel
