Qualifications:

（2）Major: Industrial Design or equivalent

（3）Work experience: at least 5 years related work experience

（4）Competencies, professional knowledge and technique skills: all high level required

Responsibilities:

（1）Creation of relevant, competitively smart positioned and advanced design concepts

（2）Responsible for the accurate and creative interpretation of product plan and translation into a coherent set of product proposals

（3）Responsible for the sponsorship and delivery of innovative and desirable interior product responses, in the creative form appropriate for the effective communication of design concepts and ideas for management review and approval

（4）Responsible for the development, integrity and release of product surfaces, ensuring that the integrity of the approved style is never compromised

（5）Follow and assist the 3D model generation, to be conformed to the approved package and feasibility data, and to ensure all model creation is performed to the satisfaction of the Design and Product Development management

（6）Produce high quality and powerful presentations of all work in the appropriate presentation media to various internal and external audiences.

（7）Mentoring and assisting with the development of design team colleagues’ technical and project capabilities

（8）Provide creative project leadership and instruction for a team of Designers, CAS Modellers, supporting Engineers and Suppliers engaged in the creation of feasible 3D data and design properties which satisfy the approved design brief
