职位描述
Job Description:
1.To deliver warehouse/transportation/valueadded solutions for Customers by planning, implementing, coordinating and controlling, cross-functional resources and project teams within budgeted time-lines and costs
2.To manage the training of project team members and operation staffs responsible for the daily operation and man-agement of a Customer project on an ongoing basis
3.To conduct postimplementation project review and formalize handover to country project owner and project manage-r upon achievement of mutually agreed key performance objectives andindicators
4.Supporting the General Manager with commercial and business planning
5.Drive process optimization
6.Optimize resource sharing among different operations on site for Customer
7.Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues
8.Plan & co-ordinate related activities to retain and develop a sustaining profit margin (P&L management)
9.Interaction - understand needs and translate this into operational changes as well as business growth
Requirement:
1.University graduate, preferably in logistics related major
2.Degree holder in supply chain management with formal training in project management
3.PMP and Lean certificated preferred
4.Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing implementation of supply chain projects against aggressive implementat-ion deadline
5.Experienced in warehousing & inventory management, distribution, international trade & shipping practices, cust-oms regulations and procedures
6.Experienced in coordinate process re-engineering and performance improvement program
7.Project management, process & operations management

9.Excellent business presentation skill
10.Fluent in both written and spoken English
11.Culturally sensitive with the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of people a-cross cultures
