Job Description
- Negotiate/technical Consult with customer(mostly Japanese customer and Chinese customer);
- Work on mechanical design;
- Develop new products;
Candidate Requirement
Educational Background and/or Previous Work Experience
- BS or above in Mechanical Engineering; (40% necessary)
- Fresh graduated or have around 1 year experience. (90% necessary)
- CAD/Ansys software experience;( 70% necessary)
- Dimension & tolerances analysis/ structural analysis capability ;( 30% necessary)
- Graduate project experience related with mechanical or industrial design.( 60% necessary)
- A solid knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing operations will be priority; (80% necessary)
- Japanese speaking/reading/writing;(100% necessary)
- English read & write (simple English communicating will be priority);( 30% necessary)
Soft Skills
- Good Team player
- Excellent communicator
- Good analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- Results oriented and self driven
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ready for short term travel
