Job Title: Business Assistant, Residential

Responsibilities

· Source potential business opportunities and follow up potential deals

· Build and maintain relationship with clients

· Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support

· Perform daily clerical duties including typing, data input and report preparation

· Maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents

· Translate contracts and other documents as required

· Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

· Diploma holder or above in business related discipline

· At least 1 year's working experience, experience in real estate industry preferred

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· A team player who can also work independently

· Lots of initiative and a flexible mindset

· Able to work under pressure and multi-task
