职责 Responsibility:

· 关注招标动态信息并及时了解并正确解读招标文件和其它准入相关的政策法规及执行情况，分析政策趋势与影响，制定当地招标应对策略

· Following on the all EDL and provincial drug bidding announcement information. Correctly understand all information, interpreting bidding document in relation with policies and regulations announcement. Analyst the impact and policy trends for each local bidding region.

· 负责招标项目的跟进和执行。包括推动相关部门参与招标工作；及时了解投标过程中的问题，组织商议解决方案，协调各部门通力协作，确保产品的高中标率及合理的价格, 或价格申诉。

· Responsible to follow-up on the EDL & province bidding. Including preparing bidding documents, working closely with other department or agent on the bidding. Working together with the team to provide analyst, solution and appeal for any issue encounter during the bidding process, to ensure a high successful rate of winning the product and price.

· 负责外部客户/政府部门的拜访及政策沟通与当地招办建立良好关系，获取有关招标方案及规则的信息

· Build relationship with government department/local agent to ensure accurate strong information collection and communication. Responsible to negotiate and visit related government department/local agent

· 负责各地物价备案，各地药品成本调查

· Preparing and submit material pricing/drug cost to the government department.

· 总结分析各项招标数据及信息，及时提供相关招标报告

· Review each bidding data & information and share it with the team.

· 负责各地招标相关内外部项目的组织，协调及沟通

· Responsible to analyst and understand each region bidding organization, in order to ensure smooth coordination in between department and communication.

· 管理当地指定配送商

· Responsible for adding and managing distributor list

· 收集有关最新政策及行业动态并与公司内部各相关部门及时沟通信息

· Collect all important information in related to government policy, and information or agent information that could be useful for company. Analyst it and share it with the team.

要求 requirement

· 制药企业五年以上商务管理和招标经验

· At least 5 year working experience in pharmaceutical drug bidding.

· 出色的协调和沟通能力，富有责任心，良好的团队协作精神，能承受工作压力

· Strong in communication, responsibility, team work and can work under pressure.

· 熟悉制药行业商业运行模式，熟悉招标法规和流程，与各地招办有良好合作

· Understand the china pharmaceutical industry operation, knowledge in all regions bidding process, and strong existing relationship with some bidding department.

· 良好的中英文表达和应用能力

· Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese.
