Job Description:
The role reports to the GM of KargoMall and will be responsible for planning and leading the deployment of the KargoMall across distribution partners. The primary job function will be managing all aspects of launching the program at the partner and coordinating with various operating groups within the company to ensure an on time, on budget and high quality launch. In addition, this role will be responsible to develop and manage the performance of the program at the distribution partner and support the GM in establishing tactics to ensure delivery of strategic goals.

Requirements:
1. A background in project management and managing complex initiatives is required.
2. Experience in working with retailers is a good to have.
3. Strategic data driven business management capabilities are strongly advised.
4. A graduate degree in business, economics, retail management…etc. is preferred, or a bachelor degree with at least 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
5. Data analysis and statistical modeling experience is an added benefit. Experience with business intelligence and reporting will be required.
6. Prioritizing and delegating tasks in an effective way, self-motivated, copes under pressure and able to travel for work when necessary.
7. Candidate with fluent Chinese and English in both Written and oral are highly preferred.
8. Be passionate, good responsibility, good coordination ability and team work spirit.
