Responsibility:
 Execute preventive maintenance.
 Solve equipment problems.
 Analyze equipment problems and improve trouble shooting.
 Execute special tasks if appropriate.
 Participate in installation and start up of new equipment.
 Cooperate with process engineer and process technician to improve process performance.
 Cooperate with colleague equipment engineering to improve equipment performance.
 Participate in PAT'S.
 Follow PM schedule for equipment.
 Guarantee immediate response in case of equipment problems.
 Report equipment status to section head.
 Improve cost effectiveness of equipment maintenance.

Requirement:
 Bachelor degree in engineer related major, semiconductor physics, autocontrol , physics, chemistry etc.
 Familiar with quality control and management, including techniques like SPC, FMEA, etc is plus.
 Familiar with S/W and computer operation systems commonly used in semiconductor production and development, like ERIC, SiView, Datapower, etc is plus。
 Proficient English in speaking 、listening and writing.
