- Sound knowledge in metal ceilings / metal wall claddings/ HVAC equipment

Scope of duties工作概况:

1. General Tasks 一般任务
- Acquisition of new clients, supporting existing clients
- 招揽新客户,维护老客户
- Establishing, training and leading the Sales Team
- 建立,培训和领导销售团队
- Development and implementing of sales strategies
- 发展及执行销售经销策略
- Establishing and developing of the sales network
(Agency, Distribution and Partner Network)
- 建立及拓展销售网络(代理商,经销商和合作伙伴的网络)
- Close co-operation, controlling, monitoring and evaluation of Agencies/Partners
- 同代理商/合作伙伴紧密合作和相互配合,控制,监督及评估代理商/合作伙伴
- Decide what Projects to be followed up and quoted
- 决定哪些项目需被跟踪和报价
- Ensure necessary and relevant information flow of each projects followed between Sales and the Factory
- 确保每个项目必要的相关的信息资料在销售部及工厂间流通
- Negotiating of offers / Contracts
- 报价/合同的谈判

2. Controlling Tasks 控制任务
- Support to implement/ control the internal reporting system
- 支持执行/控制内部报告系统。
- Controlling and monitoring of the Budget of each Sales individual
- 对每个销售人员的预算进行控制及监督
- Controlling and monitoring of the targets set for each Sales individual
- 对每个销售人员工作目标进行控制和监督
- Controlling and monitoring of the Agencies / Distributors and Partner’s activities
- 对代理商/经销商及合作伙伴的业务进行控制和监督
- Permanent controlling of supporting activities for the Agent / Distributor / Partner through each Sales individual
- 通过销售人员对代理商/经销商/合作伙伴支持活动达到永久性控制
- Controlling and monitoring of received order in terms of delivery times, costs, payments and quality
- 控制和监督已确认订单在交货期,成本,付款和质量方面事宜
- Controlling, monitoring and following up of outstanding payments
- 控制,监督和跟踪拖欠款项

3. Planning tasks 制定计划
- Budget planning for each Sales individual (together with GM)
- 制定每个销售人员的资金预算计划(与总经理一起)
- Target planning for each Sales individual (together with GM)
- 制定每个销售人员的目标计划(与总经理一起)
