岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
主要职责
l Responsible macro & micro store implantation
负责商品总品类以及分类商品的陈列
1. Macro Implantation:总品类陈列
u Good understanding customer behaviors and supervise the layout design
能够很好的了解消费者的购物习惯，指导货架布局设计
u According to the sales information, propose family distribution, and design families adjacency
根据销售数据，建议相关商品的搭配摆放，并提出设计调整
2. Micro Implantation:分类商品陈列
u Define the display rules in order to improve both products visibility & store productivity, meanwhile, implement this display rules into daily operation
定义商品陈列的规则以提升商品的可视性和货架上能够容纳更多的商品，同时，把这些陈列的规则应用到日常操作当中
u Supervise the daily work, including the publishing of planograms every week and review the reports, track planograms file to follow the planograms upgrading and the assortment changing.
管理日常工作，包括每星期货架图的发布，重审销售报表，跟进货架图的情况以确保及时更新货架图和品项的变化
u Review, maintain and try to improve the system of Spaceman.
维护Spaceman系统，并尝试提高Spaceman系统的性能
l Responsible for the central coordination of seasonal change & macro change
负责季节性商品以及总品类的上下架调整
1. Coordinate with commercial department and arrange the macro changes in-store
协助商品部门对门店的总商品品类做调整管理
2. Coordinate with other department to fulfill the plan
协助公司其余部门对以上计划做跟进和实施
3. Follow-up the result of each macro change
同时跟踪每个调整后的结果
l Monthly review & team management 月度总结&团队管理
1. Reporting the key activities & update the information of both macro & micro implantation in monthly basis
每月报告总商品分类 以及分类商品调整的重要事件和信息
2. Supervise the team to complete all defined tasks together
监督团队一起达成工作目标
Requirements:
要求：
- University degree
- 大学本科学历
- Be familiar with system of Spaceman, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- 熟悉Spaceman，AutoCAD和Microsoft Office。
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
- 良好的英语写作水平和口语能力
- Strong communication and presentation skills, hard working and working under pressure.
- 较强的沟通能力和表达能力，并有较强的抗压性
- At least 3-year working experience on implantation
- 至少3年以上
· Studying thoroughly the store potential of his area
· Keeping the status updated of those commercial premises which are suitable for Dia in his area
2. Negotiation and signing the operations
· He will negotiate with the landlord the agreement terms for the lease of the premises.
· Study the legal feasibility of the operations.
· With the support of the legal department he will draw up the lease agreement.
· He will be in charge of making the standard file (catchment area of the store, number of people living in the catchment area, competitors location, etc…) for the approval of the operation.
· Ensure the hand over of the premises at the proper time and conditions to start the works of renovation.
· Coordinate the license granting for opening stores with license granting team(especially in getting related documents ready for the licenses i.e. chain store business license, tobacco retails license, fire control approval, etc. )
· Assist in dealing with the issues that are related with the fulfillment of both parties of the lease contract
- College degree or above
- Experience in retailing or real estate companies will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard worker on environment with pressure and difficulty
