Job Description
Ericsson's portfolio of IP, Broadband & Core covers large number solutions and products like MSS, MSC, HLR, BSC, SGSN, GGSN, SAPC, SASN, M-PBN, UDC, CSCF, GPON, BRAS, CE, Router... IP, Broadband & Core organization responsible for deliver all service contract within above area. For example: customer solution support, network design, Product Configration, installation engineering, implementation, software upgrade, performance optimization, quality control, tools development and so on.
As a new comer, you can choose one working area from below list:
1.Mobile Soft-Switching integration:
Performing network element and integration according to network design and site configuration data;
To perform Network key performance optimizing;
To be responsible for project quality and network safety
2.Packet Switching integration:
Performing network element and integration;
To perform system SW upgrade, node replacement, new feature implementation and activation;
To be responsible for site management
3.Installation Engineering:
Lead and support technical issues and solutions within site engineering service;
To be responsible for management of activities and personnel;
To keep the time plan and quality
4.Quality management and Configuration:
To be responsible for delivering network design and configuration activities;
Complete quality management activity by tools development and the process;
Providing technical support and consultant to implementation staff and customer

Qualifications
At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Work experience within the telecom or similar industry will be plus
Interest in technical work, enjoy with technical study
Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
Be open minded and well structured
Excellent communication ability and presentation skill
Good knowledge in IP area, telecom is an advantage
Proven knowledge of software development will be plus
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Be capable of travel domestic or internationally and work in different cultural environments
