Main Purpose of the Job:

• Regional administration of maintenance departments
• Improve equipment availability and decrease maintenance expenses regional
• Optimize Working capital (Spare parts inventory)

Main Responsibilities:

• Controls maintenance departments
• Maintenance performance
• Maintenance SW performance
• Regional spare parts situation
• Good housekeeping
• Manages regional contractors
• Leading the Team
• Facilitate team works together as efficiently as possible
• Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training
• Performs annual Performance Evaluation of the region
• Coaching of maintenance managers in the region
• Implements and maintains training structure /procedures of technical personal
• Implements/maintains maintenance SW in region
• Installs audit procedures and continuous improvement process
• Creates/administrate regional Delta team/task force
• Organizes refurbishments of equipment
• Controls optimization of energy consumption in sites

Education/Experience:

• Bachlor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of work experience at ALPLA or similar industry
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines
• Experience in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Hands on experience running busy engineering department
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Good organizational skills
• Good leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of technical aspects of different types of equipment
