Responsibilities:

1. Take over pending project requests at the interface as co-project owner with responsibility for the project management and project controlling (project status, project overview, timeline, budget, etc) in accordance with the executive manager.
2.Direct the processing of customer requests from the existing portfolio or, if possible, with paper application.
3.Coordinate and collaborate with Application and R&D regarding B2C and B2B project requests with the need for application and development in agreement with the executive manager.
4 Decide on and control the handing over / escalation of project requests of Application and R&D in coordination with the executive manager.
5. Ensure the fulfilment of project requests in Application / R&D and elaborate sample orders.
6. Technically control the regional portfolios (actual product portfolio) to reduce the complexity in coordination with the executive manager.
7. Analyse recipe-related complaints and correct recipes together with Complaint Management, Application and R&D.
8. Report and inform to KAM about the project status and operational process.
9. Give advice and technical support to the KAMs concerning customer requests.


Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above, Food Scinence related major.
2 At least 4 year project management or relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry. Multi-national company working experience is preferred
3 Strong communication skills, intercultural skills preferably too.
4 Good command of English in writting and speaking
5 High level of self-motivation and initiative
6 Be able to work under pressure
