· 根据国家法律法规规定和公司管理要求，搭建维护公司EHS体系，建立健全相关制度和流程；

· 研究国家安全和环保法规政策，确保公司运营和其他活动符合相关规定；

· 组织开展EHS管理工作，定期检查监督、查看评估，持续改善公司安全状况和环保措施；

· 组织实施EHS培训，持续提高员工安全意识。

职位要求：

· 具有5年以上（研究生3年以上）大型研发制造类企业EHS管理相关工作经验，熟悉国家安全和环保法律法规，熟悉OHSAS18000和ISO14000标准；

· 具有211或985院校全日制管理类或工程类相关专业本科学历，研究生学历优先；

· 通过大学英语六级考试（或具备同等以上英语水平），具有较强的英语听说读写能力，可将英语作为工作语言者优先；

· 具备较强的沟通协调能力和处理问题的技巧；

· 能熟练使用计算机办公软件和办公设备；

· 具有航空航天行业工作经验优先；

· 具有海外或外企相关工作经验者优先。
