Responsibility:

· Provide secretarial support to GM; take care of GM’s daily agenda; arrange meetings, activities, travels and client visit receptions including agenda confirmation, coordination, transportation and hotel arrangement, meeting record and material collection and preparation;

· Collect information and prepare reports to GM including industry news, clients information, meeting slides etc; In charge of material translation as necessary;

· Assist GM to keep contact with headquarter and some other overseas organizations, and in charge of their visit arrangement;

· Follow up all projects which GM are involved; follow and coordinate participators to complement projects on time;

· Coordinate reception events on client visits and assist GM on government affairs;

· Some other administrational support to GM including transportation arrangement, certificates safekeeping and updating, reimbursement, files keeping etc.

Requirements:

· 5+ years secretarial support experience in multinational companies

· Strong in organization, planning and execution.

· Solid English and Chinese communication skills; both written and verbal

· Easy-going, self-motivated, flexible, hard-work and responsible

· Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office and some other common software
