职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Initiate and develop a long term sales strategy to ensure aggressive growth within our small & medium sized trade channels in the region;
2. Align the regional sales force in assigned territories with corporate objectives, processes, procedures and policies to ensure a high level of execution, morale and discipline, compliance and performance;
3. Provide leadership, motivation and personal development to the team, including an ongoing programme of mentoring and skill development, the setting of objectives and regular appraisal;
4. Select right trade partners and develop an optimal size and structure of the distribution network comprising of PSAs and non-PSAs which is adequate to deliver the regional guest and revenue targets;
5. Work with the management of China Office to develop correct incentive structure to motivate trade partners while securing the resource commitment from trade partners. Ensure Business Partner agreements in place and annual commercial terms signed with all accounts;
6. To maintain strong trade relations within the region with trust and confidence to reduce the transaction cost in dealing with trade partners. Work closely with the management of China Office to ensure that ETDBW+ really takes Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to the next level in the eyes of the trade and that we are the Cruise Line of Choice for our trade partners to work with;
7. Ensure that we continue to develop our award winning training program and ensure that we continue to provide the trade with the best face to face and online training in the industry and effective familiarization trips (seminars at sea) ;
8. Ensure that the business development managers/representatives implement effective account management and acquisition strategies across their portfolio of accounts in line with the strategic direction and to ensure that we achieve a minimum or our own market share level within all accounts. Ensure that High Growth Accounts are identified and robust growth plans in place with each of them;
9. Work together with trade partners to source business opportunities and develop proactive and effective sales campaigns, ensuring that our co-op funds are invested in areas that give us the greatest return on investment;
10. Manage the regional sales budget in particular co-op budget (business development funds) and in ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting of all costs;
11. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Revenue Management to ensure the effective and timely implementation of key campaigns;
12. Be the face of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to the travel industry and spend 60% of time out on the road with the team and trade partners;

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (FOR MANAGEMENT ROLES ONLY)
? Responsible for total sales budget in particular co-op budget (Business Development Funds) Provide accurate monthly forecasting;
? Responsible for overall commissions budget and in continuing to look at ways of reducing commissions as % to GTR;
? Ensure guest target and NTR target achieved;
? Ensure strategic product exceeds all KPI’s.

List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work
? Proven sales experience and successful track record
? Proven experience and success of managing and motivating a sales team at a mid management level
? Leisure or travel industry experience required preferably plus extensive trade relations
