技术和服务经理

汇报:区域总经理

责任和工作职责

1 联络顾客/承包商和区域技术
2 进行市场调查/调查前的准备工作/
3 管理和协调承包人
4 策划各种团队项目的调整
5 协调工作许可证
6 协调设备和每个工作现场需要的采购材料
7 进行存库管理
8 准备每个月的项目更新报告



教育背景和工作经验:

1 在超过5人的团队任职过至少3年的服务经理
2 在能源管理系统,HVACR,自动操作或者操作系统中有至少4年的能源管理系统的经验
3 强大的技术背景主要源于HVACR控制,BMS系统,冷水机及工业制冷系统
4 拥有强大的现场安装经验,经营,维修保养,维系顾客,解决纠纷或者商业设备启动/工业上的HVACR系统/建筑管理系统
5 拥有亲自动手操作的背景和熟悉项目安装工具
6 在该领域出现问题时,可以及时的发现问题,并且拥有安全和创造性的解决方案
7 在技术环境内,拥有出色的问题解决能力
8 能够完成基本的数据分析
9 拥有良好的写作和口头沟通的能力
10 在工作中,能够展现出很棒的自我激励和独立的工作能力
11 通过建立个人网络和参加专业机构的活动来保持专业的技术知识
12 计算机技能:各种办公软件的熟练使用

Tegma Position: Technical / Service Manager
Reports to: Country General Manager
Responsibilities & Tasks:
? Liaison for Customer / Contractor and Regional Technical
? Perform site surveys / pre-logging / installation and T&C for customer projects
? Management and coordination of contractors for project roll out
? Planning scheduling of various team projects
? Coordination of work permits
? Coordination of equipment and sourcing material required for each job site
? Inventory Management
? Preparation of monthly projects update report

Metrics to Measure Success:
? Competent Completion of Installation for projects
? Satisfaction of customers
? Projects Completed on Time and on Budget

Education & Experience:
? Service manager for an existing team of over 5 people for min 3 years
? Post Secondary Degree in Engineering with min 4 years of field experience in energy management systems, HVACR, Automation or Controls systems.
? Strong Technical Background focused on HVACR Controls, BMS systems, Chillers and Industrial Refrigeration systems.
? A strong background of field experience with installation, operations, maintenance, field customer support, troubleshooting or facility start ups of Commercial/ Industrial HVACR systems/building management systems
? A “Hands On” background and familiarity with tools for project installations.
? A proven ability to find safe and creative solutions to problems as they arise in the field during installations so as to move the project on to completion in a timely matter.
? Superior Problem Solving Skills in a Technological Environment
? A proven ability to work as part of a small team in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
? Able to complete basic data analysis
? strong written and verbal communications skills
? Able to show high levels of self-motivation and ability to work alone
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional bodies
? Computer skills: MS Office, MS SharePoint, Web, CAD program such as AutoCad or SOLIDWORKS
