教育背景和工作经验:
1在超过5人的团队任职过至少3年的服务经理
2在能源管理系统,HVACR,自动操作或者操作系统中有至少4年的能源管理系统的经验
3强大的技术背景主要源于HVACR控制,BMS系统,冷水机及工业制冷系统
4拥有强大的现场安装经验,经营,维修保养,维系顾客,解决纠纷或者商业设备启动/工业上的HVACR系统/建筑管理系统
5拥有亲自动手操作的背景和熟悉项目安装工具
6在该领域出现问题时,可以及时的发现问题,并且拥有安全和创造性的解决方案
7在技术环境内,拥有出色的问题解决能力
8能够完成基本的数据分析
9拥有良好的写作和口头沟通的能力

Tegma Position: Technical / Service Manager
Reports to: Country General Manager
Responsibilities & Tasks:
1Liaison for Customer / Contractor and Regional Technical
2Perform site surveys / pre-logging / installation and T&C for customer projects
3Management and coordination of contractors for project roll out
4Planning scheduling of various team projects
5Coordination of work permits
6Coordination of equipment and sourcing material required for each job site
7Inventory Management
8Preparation of monthly projects update report
Metrics to Measure Success:
1Competent Completion of Installation for projects
2Satisfaction of customers
3Projects Completed on Time and on Budget
Education & Experience:
1Service manager for an existing team of over 5 people for min 3 years
2Post Secondary Degree in Engineering with min 4 years of field experience in energy management systems, HVACR, Automation or Controls systems.
3Strong Technical Background focused on HVACR Controls, BMS systems, Chillers and Industrial Refrigeration systems.
4A strong background of field experience with installation, operations, maintenance, field customer support, troubleshooting or facility start ups of Commercial/ Industrial HVACR systems/building management systems
5A “Hands On” background and familiarity with tools for project installations.
6A proven ability to find safe and creative solutions to problems as they arise in the field during installations so as to move the project on to completin in a timely matter.
7Superior Problem Solving Skills in a Technological Environment
8A proven ability to work as part of a small team in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
9Able to complete basic data analysis
10 strong written and verbal communications skills
11Able to show high levels of self-motivation and ability to work alone
12Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional bodies
13Computer skills: MS Office, MS SharePoint, Web, CAD program such as AutoCad or SOLIDWORKS
