岗位描述：
制作相关工程的报价单，合同，付款申请及E-Invoice；负责制作所有DD工程及维修项目的生产确认单；及时跟踪相关工程的应收货款情况；及时更新工程statement.
岗位职责：
1、根据图纸及业主口头信息资料编制工程报价单、合同、做相应要求的付款申请（如E-Invoice, Proformal Invoice）， 必要时与外贸部或采购部认真核实相应运输、外加工、进口材料、异形加工等各项成本，合理控制成本；
2、根据图纸及业主口头信息资料编制工程报价单、合同、做相应要求的付款申请（如E-Invoice, Proformal Invoice）， 必要时与外贸部或采购部认真核实相应运输、外加工、进口材料、异形加工等各项成本，合理控制成本；
3、根据合同及报价条款，提供相应资料并及时跟催客户货款；
4、根据财务部收款信息，及时配合寻找相对应工程编号，及时整理并更新工程Statement,按照客户要求开具相应的发票并快递给客户；
5、整理会议记录；
6、根据工程进度，及时准确的更新工程营运一览表及应收货款表格；
7、辅助协调并传递公司内部各部门日常工程信息资料；
8、相应文件整理及存档等日常办公室工作；
9、完成上级下达的其它各项临时任务。

1 Able to plan and implement to client requirement for their goods to be delivered worldwide
2 Suggest of planning for logistic support like inventory storage
3 Able to locate good supplier or OEM factory that can match our client expectation
4 Able to understand high end material expectation
5 Able to communicate with our freighting department or freighting contractor
6 Familiar with trading and export regulation
7 Able to control and supervisor all client data of material and delivery schedule
