Description
- Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA radio network design and initial tuning service delivery
- Be responsible for radio network performance improvement service delivery
- Be responsible for technical marketing and sales support of network and technology consulting services.
- Continually seek for new service business opportunity and customized solution development.
- Be responsible for service related technical activities for the assigned responsible area.

Qualifications
- An university degree in electronic / telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
- Working on telecom industry for 1.5 years at least.
- Competence and deep understanding the infrastructure of 2G and 3G mobile network.
- Knowledge of RF systems, optimization processes & tools of different vendors
- Knowledge of Ericsson Radio network features & optimal parameter related to these features.
- Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
- Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written.
