Our Shanghai office is currently looking to provide an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader. The office was established in 2008 and due to its success we are now able to offer this role with excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader who can grow new and existing Oil and Gas Operators companies, and/or Life Science/Pharma/Chemical companies, including EPC contractors.

Responsibilities:

?Good industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector, and/or Life Science/Pharm/Chemical Sector ideally in multi disciplines

?Building Strong Relationships with clients and candidates

?Networking and profile building

?Demonstrate a can do attitude to problem solving and initiating recruitment solutions

?Have a proven track record of successful management of external customer relationships and account management with new and existing clients

?Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

?Preferably experience of leading a team as you will be responsible of several direct reports with further growth in the next 12 months

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience within technical sectors and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets.
