KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Take responsibilities of daily reception affairs
1) answer telephone and forward customer enquires
2) distribute all incoming fax
3) arrange the mail in/out timely
4) handle visitor reception

Provide assistance on Admin project
5) take assigned tasks by supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- University student and preferred grade 3 or grade 4 university students

- Fluency in English

- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, hardworking

- Customer oriented, organization commitment, professional knowledge, problem solving
