JD:

§ Ensure optimally timed and qualitative processing of customer projects (BtO) with the application of existing raw materials by project prioritisation and allotment of resources.

§ Ensure close collaboration with TPM regarding application projects.

§ Ensure compliance with quality management and constant cost minimising in application and customer projects.

§ Ensure compliance with Good Development Practice guidelines.

§ Ensure coordination and collaboration between Application and Sampling/Pilot Plant/Product Science.

§ Ensure compliance with food law requirements for the product portfolio.

§ Direct and develop subordinate colleagues. Decide on staff-related targeted measures in accordance with the superior and HR. Ensure the implementation of measures for the efficient conception of operational and organizational structures within the field of responsibility.

§ Plan staff-related, issue-related and financial resources for the area of responsibility based on information from subordinate areas.

§ Further develop recipe portfolios for the improvement of the cost structure, resource use and quality.

§ Assist and give advice to the Group GDP about best practices and knowledge sharing.

§ Assist the TPMs concerning recipe-related complaints by developing recipe corrections.

§ Assist and give advice to the TAMs regarding technical questions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Food Scinence related major
2. At least 8 year relevant experiences in Food and Beverage industry, multi-national company working experience is preferred
3. Strong communication skill, intercultural skills preferably too
4. Good command of English in writing and speaking
5. High level of self-motivation and initiative
6. Be able to work under pressure
