Job Responsibilities
- In charge of day-to-day Accounts Receivable work, VAT invoicing and reconciliation, AR reconciliation, etc.;
- In charge of day-to-day Accounts Payable work, AP reconciliation, etc.;
- Prepare full sets of accounts in compliance with PRC GAAP;
- Prepare product costing, analysis of inventory, margin analysis;
- Prepare month-end Journal Voucher;
- Prepare inter-company confirmation for month-end close;
- Prepare month-end balance sheet schedules and reconciliation
- Prepare full financial reporting package in line with HQ accounting policies and reporting requirement;
- Prepare annual budgeting;
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government agencies.
- Assist Finance Manager on adhoc tasks



Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Hands-on experience in PRC accounting and taxation regulatory compliance requirement.
3. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing or trading environment
4. Working knowledge of ERP like SAP, MOVEX, etc is required
5. Hands-on and ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
7. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English
