岗位职责：

1、协助董事长制定战略规划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；

2、在董事长领导下，努力做好董事长的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用；

3、负责起草公司年度工作总结报告及董事长讲话稿；

4、协助董事长作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况；

5、协助董事长进行公司企业文化、企业发展战略的规划，配合管理部门开展企业文化工作；

6、配合董事长处理国外采购方面事务；参与组织公司重大活动；

7、掌握董事长的日程安排做好预约工作，负责来访的接待、商务随行；

8、负责处理董事长办公室会议事务、公司年会管理；

9、负责董事长办公室文档等其他事务的整理工作；

10、完成董事长交办的其他临时任务；

任职资格

1、25-30岁以上，大学本科及以上；女性，身体健康，形象气质佳；

2、英语对话及读写熟练，专八优先考虑，接受过项目管理、商务写作、行政管理等方面的培训；

3、3年以上大中型企业董事长助理、总经理助理、项目经理助理或行政管理工作等工作经验；

4、具备专业公文写作、商务写作、会议记录、文字处理等工作经验；

5、熟练掌握常用法律法规和国家、地方政策，有清晰的条理性、较好的服从性、较高的文字能力和表达沟通能力；

6、熟练进行会议记录、日程安排、公文写作和各项交办工作统筹安排；

7、为人正直诚信，具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神，细心谨慎，稳妥可靠，有高度的责任心和主动性；

8、能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳；

9、有汽车行业及文秘相关工作经验者优先。

Founded in 1998, the company’s headquarter is located in Shanghai Cao He Jing Hi-tec Park, with warehouse coverage of over 14000 square meters and branches in Beijing,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Germany. Tongzhi started a domestic retail network in 2010; it has been growing and developing ever since. Sales points have already been set up in North,East and South of China, and plans have been set forth to open more than 30 retail shops countrywide by 2013.

Tongzhi serves both the Greater China area and overseas markets.

In the Chinese market, Tongzhi is a core partner of many international auto part makers.
