Position Overview:
CP (wafer test) equipment engineering manager, to build and manage CP equipment engineering team, cooperate with other operational functions like Mfg, product engineering, Quality, logistics, production control, IE to meet company CP equipment engineering objectives. To interface w/ HQ engineering team in U.S, New product introduction (NPI) engineering team and supply management team in Taiwan to support overall business operation

Responsibilities:
1. Start up and develop CP equipment engineering team. Build team with high efficiency, quality and good qualification;
2. Manage and improve equipment testing performance, including equipment maintenance and conversion, equipment testing sites consistency
3. Lead equipment engineering team to support OSC CP start up
4. Work with product engineering team to improve equipment capacity

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 8 years related experience in CP Equipment Engineering, and have management position experience
3. Experience to cooperate w/ company networking cross the world
4. Experience to manage engineering organization w/ both sustaining and NPI
5. Strong technical knowledge/skills in product engineering or testing equipment/process
6. Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
7. Be good at technical problem solving philosophy and skills
8. Experience to manage engineering team who support 24 hrs * 7 days production
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to comprehend semiconductor and test terminologies; strong project management skills.
10. Good English skill both written and oral.
