Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the R&D testers including: EMC tester, validation tester, software auto tester.
• Come up with tester requirement together with the design team according to the test specification.
• Responsible for designing the electrical and mechanical structure of the testers.
• Work with the ME team to design the front panels, closures and other mechanical frames.
• Responsible for the data acquisition and user interface software development using CVI & Labview.
• Document the design of the tester and prepare the user manual.
• Calibration of the tester periodically.
• Responsible for the EOL tester specification creating of running projects.
• Support the proposal creating, quotation or estimation of the EOL tester during project bidding phase.

Requirements

• Have mass production project experience at validation tester building.
• Familiar with body electronics, motor control products and lighting products. Familiar with the test.

• Familiar with NI DAQs and other DAQs.
• Skilled at Labwindows and Labview to build DAQ aystem and user interface.
• Have experience on End of Line specification creating and tester building.
• Familiar with EMC and environmental testing.
• Have basic experience on hardware circuit design and analysis.
• Strong self motivation.
• Team work player.
• Cross team communication skills are mandatory.
