Implement Supplier AQP to prevent components quality issues
Develop and implement regional standards for supplier quality
Support supplier quality problem solving
Prepare monthly report based on plant?ˉs report, including supplier PPM, supplier recovery, PPAP implementation, etc.
Analyze plants and regional quality performance, develop and implement action plan to improve supplier quality performance.
Identify the competency gaps, develop and implement yearly skill-up plan to close the gaps to meet business needs.
Be a liason to global supplier quality team, to implement the global policy/standards in the region
Implement supplier AQP, including PPAP.
Identify the best practice, develop and implement best practice promotion plan in the region.
Identify the systematic root cause for major gaps in problem solving and performance improvement, develop and implement regional standards to close those gaps.
Owner for escalated supplier quality issue, support plant to solve critical supplier quality issues
Provide support to improve quality performance for top/strategic supplier. Be able to find out systematic root cause of individual problems and solve them through improving processes/competency. Good command of TS16949.
Develop feasible and specific action plan to close strategic gaps and follow it up closely.
Capable of influencing others without formal reporting line
Able to derive useful information from raw data and facts
Willing and capable of teaching others, supportive and responsive to request.
Efficient communication skills.
Work independently, and motivated by results/targets
