Key Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for raw material palnning, including MRP running, checking and releasing purchasing requisition.

负责原材料需求计划，包括MRP运行，根据生产计划下达采购计划，生成采购请求；

• Closely following up with purchasing and logistic team for material fully available. And troubleshooting for any sudden material shortage raised in workshop.

与采购及物流团队紧密合作，确保原材料供应满足相应生产计划要求，并负责解决生产过程中的突发缺料事件；

• Responsible for production order daily releasing, following up the realizing on assembly line and coopertion with sales for on time delivery of sales orders.

负责每日生产计划单的下放，并对生产计划在生产线的顺利实施做好跟踪。及时与销售部沟通销售订单的准时交付；

• Responsible for Material Master Data correct setting in SAP, regularly checking and timely adjusting suitable setting, correcting MRP result accordingly.

负责物料主数据的正确性，定期检验和及时更新调整，并检查修正MRP运行；

• Handling EC issues, including evaluation cost and delivery time impact, checking and timely adjusting purchasing request and production order BOM accordingly.

负责处理工程变更，包括进行成本和交货期的影响评估，及时更新调整生成采购请求和生产工单；

• Responsible for raw material and WIP inventory controlling, including target setting and tracking performance, actual situation reporting and variance analyzing and action plan making.

负责原材料和在制品的库存控制，包括目标达成策略制定和跟踪执行，实际数据报告和差异分析及行动方案制定；

• Reporting and filing task, including necessary raw material demand forecasting, next week rew material ATP report, and customized materials for special clients, etc.

相关的物料报告制定，包括必要的原材料预测报告，未来一周生产计划原材料可满足性报告，以及特殊原料的备库计划表。

This positon reports to Planning & Logistic Manager.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor or above, major in Science & Technology, management or equal.

大学本科学历及以上，理工科或管理科；

• Fluent in Mandarin, English.

中文、英语听说写流利；

• Good skill at MS Office, SAP or other ERP system.

熟练运用MS Office, SAP或其他ERP软件；

• Careful, data sensitive, logical thinking way, self-motivation, working under pressure, team work spirit, accurate, open in communication.

耐心细致，对数字敏感，思维敏捷逻辑性强，自我激励，能承受一定的工作压力，良好的团队合作精神，工作精确，思维开阔；

• Rich experience in material planning of manufacturing, good knowledge of ERP system and especially in Material Master Data, deep-in communication and coordination skills, and experience in electrical machines plant is preferred.

具制造业物料采购计划经验，熟悉ERP系统及物料数据结构，良好的沟通协调能力，有电动机工作经验尤佳；

• At least 3 years in material planner.

3年以上物料计划经验。
