KEY MISSIONS:
Deliver technical solutions and value for customers in China through application development and technical support by CAE (structural analysis)

Deliver organic growth in Great China with China commercial team

3Develop the application knowledge in China


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Provide support to customers on technical needs:
- CAE support through structural analysis to develop new projects and current applications as well.
- Main software to manipulate is ANSYS for structural anaysis.
- Provide the solution through the engineering feasibility studies and discussion with customers

Identify and promote applications development for selected customers:
- Manage or lead key projects like CHC, AIM, metal replacement projects, etc.

Support the programs involving specific teams/ competencies if necessary (part testing, marketing)

Keep regular contact with selected strategic customers to capture opportunities and reinforce image/reputation. Organize specific tech. events to reinforce image reputation

Report regularly visits and always fill opportunities in CRM (in cooperation with Sales teams)

KEY CHALLENGES:
Develop core competency in structural simulation on key applications for SEP APAC.

Win new development projects through excellent engineering support like CAE work and proper solution providing.

Assit in building communication teamwork across APAC region and APAC’s customers.

Identify the automotive technical trends, new market opportunities for our
products.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Principal internal contacts:

Sales Representatives: Communicate to clarify the customer’s CTQs and support criteria. For China, the interface is all acount managers. For other countries like Korea, Japan & other AP area, the communication channel a CAD China manager.

R&T and Marketing: Input and follow up new products development and get product analytical data and information.


External contacts:

Customers: Recommend design modification or optimization in order to design-freeze and provide support for sales and positively position Solvay EP.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Master degree on mechanics or equivalent fileds.

Min. 5 years of CAE work experience in related industries such as automotive, EE and CIG.

Well manipulation of CAE tools, especially ANSYS.

Good knowledge of materials such as plastics, steel, composites, etc.

Ability to demonstrate/make a presentation his report to customers with confidence.

Ability to develop new procedures to correlate CAE and actual test results.

English communcaiotion skill
