岗位职责：
1. Overall supervise the supply chain department and coordinate with the other functional departments.
2. Work out the department target and budget as per the company business strategy.
3. Set up and improve the supply chain procedures and optimize supply chain flows.
4. Work out, review, approve and execute the purchasing contracts or orders.
5. Import and export permits, declarations, payments and logistic arrangements.
6. Control purchasing costs, incoming materials and cargo quality, as well as lower down the inventory cost.
7. Set up the safety stock as per the production plans.
8. Arrange supplier audits and assessments, set up the supplier management system.
9. Be chief in charge of the department staff’s performance and coaching.
10.Other tasks arranged by the CEO/GM.

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历。
2、八年以上大型企业供应链管理经验；其中3年以上经理管理经验。
3、精通供应链管理，物流管理、协同制造商务、MRPII等企业管理理论；
4、对供应链知识有全面的理解，熟悉采购、仓储、生产、分销等各个环节的管理流程；具有很强的数据分析能力、统筹规划能力和很强的沟通协调能力。
5、具有良好的中英文沟通能力。
